Facebook Login Failure

I have been a premium member since September 2014, yet I have been unable to logon to Spotify via Facebook for the past 2 days. I have written several messages that have gone unanswered which I deduct to terrible customer service! My Facebook account is still active and I have deleted, reinstalled, and turned off my iPad several times now. I am beyond irate that there is NOT a customer service number and that no one has responded to my message regarding my technical issue for 48 hours. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company's customer service in my life. 

 

If I do not have this issue resolved by the end of business day, I will unsubscribe from premium services and will stop telling people to register for Spotify due to their poor customer service, specifically response time. After 2 years of premium services, I EXPECT better feedback!!!

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and I will escalate the issue for you 🙂
