Facebook Reg Button not working, and account password not being recognized.

Description


I upgraded my account to premium via my phone, shortly thereafter I got a new computer. When I loaded the Spotify webapp onto that computer, I went to log in. The screen says I can log in via facebook, bus doesn't actually let me (I click the button but nothing happens). I have updated my password, via spotify.com, but the webapp log in screen says it's the wrong password. I fear there are two accounts that are both associated with me that are conflicting. 

 

My Operating System

Windows 7.

 

Is your Operating System 32 or 64 bit?

Do you have a Service Pack installed?

(On the same page where it says what Windows version you have it will also mention Service Pack, followed by a number.)

E.g. Service Pack 1, Service Pack 2, Service Pack 3, etc.

 

My Spotify version

0.9.4.185

 

 

Did you do a clean install of your current Windows version or did you upgrade from a previous version?

On the login screen:

- If you log in using your username, you login via Spotify authentication.

- If you log in using an email address, you login with Facebook authentication. 

 

Have you checked both your username and your Facebook for your account?
