Facebook login won't log me in

Please help me, I'm desperate. I have another account connected to my Facebook login, and I've tried everything to log in again. I was listening to music and all of a sudden it disconnected and now it says I don't have my facebook connected to a spotify account even though I've searched myself up and I do! I have spotify premium on my other account and I can't even log in. I looked through my Facebook settings and it says that I do have a profile with Spotify but whenever I try to launch the app through Facebook it won't work. I'm at the point where I just want to cancel my premium membership on my Facebook account because I don't want it to charge without me using it. I can't even do that because I can't log in. I've tried everything.

Could you check out this page? It seems like your Facebook created account was disabled.
