Facebook mail account

Hi! I created my account from Facebook and long ago I changed my mail on Facebook but it hasn't changed on my Spotify account and I really need to change it because I suscribed to the student premium plan and I can't see the confirmation mail (I forgot the password of my old mail). I have the normal premium plan and on April 26 I suscribed to the student discount but when I verify my account on Spotify it still says that I have the normal premium plan. 

Please help!!!

Hey @fpyuraszeck,

Could it be that you have more than one Facebook account? In any case, follow this to get a device password:

1. Go to Facebook settings.
2. Select Security.
3. Select App Passwords. 
4. Click Generate App Password. 
5. Enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
6. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.

Use it, with your current Facebook email address as username, to log into Spotify directly on any device, and let me know if that does it. 🙂
