I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. There isn’t a way to switch plan managers once a Premium Family plan has been started. You will have to cancel the current Premium Family plan. That will cause all members of the plan to revert to Spotify Free. Don’t worry, they will not lose any saved content on their account when their plan status changes.

Then, the new member that wishes to become a plan manager can subscribe here. After they subscribe, they can send an invite to other members under the same household following these steps.
