Family Premium Plan Has Ads, Why?

Hi Support,
BUG 1: We use the Family Premium Plan which should have NO ADS.
Problem is we are getting ads?
Every night we listen to Bedtime Explorers (Android) just as my kid is falling asleep, we suddenly hear the most annoying advertising which wakes our kid wake up!?
Today, listening to Joe Rogan Podcast (Win11) again im getting ads.
We are paying for no ads, how do we stop this?
BUG 2: Logging this issue the 1st time also threw an error, Exception ID: 37FF74E2.
BUG 3: Also trying to re-add this issue, this pages url reloaded x100 times (Brave Browser), had to try Firefox to make it work.

thanks for posting !

These ads are not introduced by Spotify, but rather by the content creators themselves - meaning the creator of the podcast had uploaded their content with embedded ads.

I hope this sheds some light.

Well, that is true, it does not answer the question. Our Spotify kids account has advertisements on it during regular songs. Has anyone figured out a way to turn advertisement off for kids account on Spotify premium?
