My sister got the family account and added me. We live in the same house. But i dont know how and why spotify just changed me to a free acount because they couldnt confirme my address. Now i cant acept her invite again. And i dont know how to verify the account. Help?

I got the same problem here in Brazil. We live in 6 people and Spotify keeps only one of them as my family member. The other 4 were removed from my account and I can't add them again.
