My Question or Issue

I have a premium plan and I would like to have a family account, can I transform this account in a family account?

Hi there,

Each member of a Premium for Family plan has their own personal account - so you can use your existing account. The only thing that is changing is just the Plan.

All of your account details will remain the same.
