Family not auto renewed

I changed to family in february, merged the payment from my account and my wifes account (both premium). In march Spotify both accounts suddenly were "free" accounts. I reentered the same card-info (the card used is a Mastercard, no problems with other payments...) as earlier, and it started working again. Well, for me. My wife is suddenly not part of the "family plan". So now she needs to be added, AGAIN... What a mess, is this something we have to do each month?
