Family plan offline availability

Family plan offline availability

I have upgraded to family plan and invited my husband who was on premium previously. He accepted and downloaded his playlists again yesterday for availability offline but today they are not available offline we are away from home and using pay as you go wifi so dont want to pay for another 3GB of data to download them again today why do they keep not being available and what can we do ??

I have a similar question around this (as well as often having the same problem)... This was the best post i could find relating to it, so i hope you don't mind if i add my question to yours, Lynda

 

On the Family Plan, is the 9,999 track limit shared out among family subscribers? I know it would seem like it shouldn't, but I've been hitting my offline track limit more and more since I upgraded to Family, and I am nowhere near the 9,999 track limit personally!
