Family plan

My husband upgrade his account to the family plan. I created a free account for myself and accepted his invitation. But when I put the invitation code it said "We are unable to redeem this code. Please try again to make sure you entered it correctly. If you continue to have troubles please contact our customer service team". I don't know what to do please help!

Hi @Francesyelin,

 

Have you tried using other browsers? I suggest using Chrome in incognito mode, log in to your email and click accept invite.

 

If that doesn't work, maybe using another device will.

Thank you for your quick response. I still have no luck with either my
phone or my laptop using google chrome. It said the code is not valid. What
else can I do?
