Family plan

I just upgraded my existing premium plan to family plan and sent my 3 daughters emails which they received but when they click on link it says they are already on a plan...no support phone number very frustrated...

Each family member has to have a separate username and password, and all of them have to be Free accounts for you to link them to the plan.

 

Be sure for all of them to be logged in with the correct account, if they already have one, and if they are Premium, they should cancel it for them to be able to join.
