Family subscription problem

Family subscription problem

Hi,

how do you think about living in the same place but using different Internet connections? I have to randomly renew the family subscription, since I am using an IP that is bonded to my work and others do use an different interet connections... Apart from that I have no idea why this is nessasary again and again...

 

An I think it is bad, that there is no real supoort here for a subscrition that costs more than 200 € per year....

 

Should I think to change the provider?

but this is no real answer. Seriously.

Hi @återblandning,

 

Provided you and the others that are on the plan live at the same physical address and can validate this is the same as the plan owner, the subscription can be used regardless of the IP address.
