STOLEN ACCOUNT?!

STOLEN ACCOUNT?!

HELP! We think someone have STOLEN our (my girldfriends) family-subscription account!
1. She recieves an e-mail that says "Your subscription is cancelled". We didnt do anything!
2. Later, she recieves an e-mail that says "You now have Premium". But not Family as we had. We still didnt do anything!
3. Now she cant log in. It also seems like her e-mail is not longer connected to her account.

What is most anoying: There is no phone-support!
