Someone gave me a $60 gift card to Spotify, which applied to my premium account. It says my premium subscription will renew in May 2017. I wanted to upgrade to family premium, but I cannot find that option since the card has been applied to my premium subscription. Is there anyway to fix this?

I think that worked, finally.
Well, I was wrong it only worked temporarily. I recevied an e-mail from Spotify telling me the gift card could not be used for family plan and that my family plan has been cancelled and account reverted back to an individual premium plan.
Alright. It'd be great if you could post a screenshot of the email and censor any private details that are in the email.
