Family subscription

Family subscription

When I try to add a family member a message comes up saying your account needs to be based in the same country as the owner of the premium for family subscription
As far as I can see both accounts and phones are based in GB
Can anyone help ?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, can you ask this person to try the steps here? Also, make sure he's logging in the right account by using the same email address you've used to send the invitation.

 

Keep in mind that he'll only be able to select the country he's currently in.
