How do i redeem my 2 years free from my new fido plan?.. My code wont work, and fido has sent me another. Am i trying to redeem it in the wrong place?.. Ive been going to the premium upgrade section and then when it asks for credit card information i switch my payment method to "use a code" and it keeps telling me the code isnt valid. Any help would be great.

I also have this problem and requested a code this morning but it still doesnt work. Any other suggestions?

I suggest you contact Fido to help you as the issue is on their end if the code does not work.
