Follower count not showing up on my account

My Question or Issue 

A musician I know recently uploaded songs of theirs to Spotify and it's showing that they have 0 followers when I know that they have followers (myself included). Searched all other threads on this but couldn't find a solution.

If yoh know them personally, I recommend telling them to check if the right follower count is being displayed within Spotify for Artists. 🙂
