Forgot Username

I have got a new phone and I transferd everything from my old phone to my new phone. When I logged into my Spotify account on my new phone is cancelled my payment of £9.99 months so I then start the payment again £14.99 something like that, however that didn't work is still showed as free account so I then cancel my payments after trying everything I could to get it to work.
I decided to get £9.99 premium and that didn't work and I know that all the payments went through because I received email receipt. !!!!!! HELP

Hey @ez6,

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

I don't know which email I have or my username what should I do but I do know my password and I am logged in to Facebook but I'm trying to get it on my Xbox one

Hey @Zaytn03

Follow this to get a device password:

1. Go to Facebook settings.
2. Select Security and Login.
3. Select Use two-factor authentication.
4. Select App Passwords. 
5. Click Generate. 
6. Click Generate App Passwords.
7. If needed, enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
8. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.

You can use it, with your Facebook email address as username, to log into Spotify directly on any device.
