Forgot email, username & password. Only have credit card #. Unable to cancel premium subscription.

Help!

I made a account in Dec/Jan (i.e. 9 months ago) and i never logged in or used Spotify after that. I don't remember the email address i used. After trying help guides on the spotify website i still can't find out. The "reset password" page says a reset link is sent but i never get it. I have check spam folders. Needless to say I don't remember the password i used either.

I would like to cancel my premium subscription but the only information i have is my credit card number (which is getting charged $9.99 every month). How do i cancel my premium subscription if all i have left is my credit card number?

You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook.
