Forgot password AND email

I have been using spotify on my phone fkt over a year, with premium. Recently i opened the app to find myself logged out, and I have tried every password I know I use and can't get back in. I've also tried every email I have, but can't seem to find any linked to an account. I did not use Facebook to make my account.

How can i go about gettin back in, or at least cancelling my subscription without logging in, so im not paying for an account I cannot access?
