I forgot my Spotify password and the email password I used to create my account . Is there any way to recover my password?

If you forgot your Spotify password, you can check out this support article for the next steps on recovering the password.

Since you mentioned you forgot the password for your email account, I'd recommnd contacting your email provider to lead up with them.
