Free premium account

Hi

i was offered a free Spotify premium account by Vodafone if I upgraded my package, I took them up on this deal, unfortunately I still get ads and keep being asked to upgrade to premium. What have I done wrong ?

I doubt this is an error by Spotify, I'd contact vodafone and ask them to check their records. They should be able to get you your premium account, I doubt there is anything Spotify can do without evidence of an upgrade from Vodafone. 🙂
