Got a text from my friend, that have received the following message from spotify today on her phone. (see below)

• She is logged in on her account.
• I'm logged in on my account.
• We have never shared or used one anothers accounts.

Have we totally missed something?

How is this even possible?

Could you and your friend go here on both accounts, and click on "Sign out everywhere"? This should log you guys out of any and all devices your accounts may have been logged in, including the iPad in question.
