Firsf of all, why can't I contact the Spotify servicedesk by phone anymore?

 

My problem is, today I woke up and tried to play some songs, but my account went from Premium for Family to Free. How can this be possible?

Right now, we don't have phone support, but we'll be more than happy to help you over here. 

 

We recommend you to check this link. This may help you with your issue. Also, you might have another account, so try to log out and use any usernames or email addresses to access the account.

I've re-checked and this is my (used to be) Premium account. Is there any way that Spotify Netherlands can contact me?
