Getting in contact with spotify support

Hey all. I was wondering how I can get help from spotify support? I've had spotify for years and I just now had a log-in problem. I have submitted three emails with them, and I tweeted at their @SpotifyCares twitter handle 5 times, and only recieved one response that said to Direct message them, which I did once a day for 5 days. It has been 7 days since my original attempt to contact them and there is still no response.

 

My account is completely disabled and it wont let me log in at all, but spotify is still charging me for premium.

 

Any hints on how I can get some support? I'm being charged for a service that they refuse to provide me which is just disgusting at this point.

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

Did you reply to the automated confirmation e-mail (the mail which said you should go to the FAQ/Community)?

If not, I would suggest to reply to that e-mail (even when it says 'no-reply') so an Spotify employee can get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Otherwise, you should have got an Case ID with the automated mail. Please share it with us so we can get someone to look into it for you.

Hey my original case number is 02077701. I'm going to try to reply to the "no-reply" email but I'm just so frustrated that I'm paying for this and can't contact anyone. Thank you for your help.

It looks like everything's been resolved now; please let me know if this isn't the case!

Everything has been cleared up. While it did take like two weeks, once I finally was able to talk to someone it was fixed in minutes. So thanks!
