My offline service is disabled??

Hello spotify family. I got premium license but the offline service is disabled by spotify. I've been using premium account for 6-7 months and everything has been well until now. It is interesting because I have enough money at my credit card. So what should I do? Should I just wait?

Can you please Check The expiration Date of your premium subscription at:
Www.spotify.com/Account/overview

Please Check if it's avaiable And Tell it To me so i'll continue my research 😉

Thanks for the instant reply 🙂 When I checked it I didn't see any problem. It says: If you do not cancel your subscription before 2014.12.31 your account will be automatically renewed.

Have you already tried to relogg or tried to reinstall the app? 🙂 sometimes something easy as this might help..
