Today it popped up with the message of "Offline Access For This Computer/Device Has Been Withdrawn" on my Spotify. Thing is, I only have one device (my PC) and I'm nowhere near the 3,333 offline song limit. This has happened once before but when I had other devices synched to my account, whereas now it is just the one. What's going on?

Hey @spykeer ,
sorry for the inconveniences. It definitely looks like there's something wrong at the backend and I'm going to tell a moderator / staff member about it. I am not an official Spotify employee, just a normal user who tries to help 🙂
It was my phone for the latest issue, he force sync of spotify, i shut down it off, and my playlists was back in my PC app.
No problems anymore.
Issue solved.
Hey there,
have you tried logging out and back in? It's also worth checking this page: https://www.spotify.com/de/account/offline-devices/ Try to remove your offline device and then re-add your devices.
I have the same problem, i have only my iphone and my computer in the offline-list.
LG Chris
Don't give a solution when your backbone is THE PROBLEM!
I had to connect via facebook on the Webplayer to give me the cookie for access to my account, and then HERE! 1 hour to do this..
this is the first problem.
The second problem, is spotify saying Offline access is broken, we can do everything, it's YOUR SERVERS THE PROBLEM!
I do a reinstall, a log off all my devices (2), re-sync my music, but after 20 files, i get another time this freaking message saying offline is broken....
SO TELL YOUR IT TEAM, and SOLVE THIS PROBLEM! THANKS... (And please, don't say, " u tested this?") u don't see the 15 membres have the same problem in 30mins? It's not an answer for you? ....
