Gift card not working

Gift card not working

Just tried twice to purchase gift subscription and filled it out all the way until entering credit card and info and when I click it last it sends me to the page to get free trial. No email notification to me or email sending the gift. Can't tell if I have been charged yet. Is there a way to know this. I will try again but if I get charged 3 times how do I cancel it

Please double check if your credit card has been charged. Anyway, if you haven't received an email with the purchase receipt, I don't think it was.

 

I suggest you try again using different browsers in your computer.
