Greyed Out

Good afternoon

I am sure this has been covered but I cannot find the actual answer. 

I have a premium account, am based in the UK and generally use iPhones and iPads, as well as a connected Alexa, for playback. 

Gerry Cinnamon has been available to me, and I have put his music in to a playlist and downloaded all his songs, but now everything appears greyed out. The playlist doesn’t even show any of his songs. 

As far as I can tell his are the only songs which I now cannot access. I have checked with my colleague and he still has access to his music. 

What is causing this and how do I resolve it please?

Can you confirm is your colleague also has a UK based account ?

Is he able to see the same songs and albums you're looking for and are greyed out ?
