Hola, buenas tardes! Pues os explico mi caso, he iniciado sesión en Sporify como cada día, y de repente mis seguidores y seguidos, han desaparecido!! Me pone: 0 seguidores y 0 seguidos. El caso es que he entrado en el perfil de algunos amigos míos y en sus seguidos aparece que me siguen a mi. No entiendo por qué me ha pasado esto. El tema de los seguidores me da un poco mas igual, pero lo de los seguidos me fastidia bastante, ya que tenía muchos artistas que me interesaban. ¿A alguien más le ha pasado algo parecido? ¿Qué solución me dáis?

I've translated your message because lots of users here understand English. You did follow, and had followers, but now Spotify says 0 followers and 0 following, and when you went to the profile of an friend, he/she seemed to follow you?

 

In that case, have you already tried to simply logout and login afterwards? Sometimes something simple as this already solves the problem.

Please let me know if it didn't help you.

Okay, I'll write in English then. Yes, I closed session several times and nothing, the problem is not solved. Do you know any other way to help? Thank you.

Could you try doing a full reinstallation including removing your cache/other offline storage.

He hecho lo que me has dicho. He instalado de nuevo Spotify y nada, no se ha solucionado mi problema. 😞 

I did what you told me. I installed Spotify again and nothing, did not solve my problem. 😞

Strange, can you still see all of your playlists? What is your Spotify username?

Yes, my playlists can see them. I tried to follow people and groups again, but neither are saved reappears 0 followers and 0 followed. My username is: zarceña89

Yeah looking at your profile something definitely isn't right, wondering is it the special character in your username causing issues. I would suggest that you get in touch with Spotify support directly so they can assist you further with this. There are several ways to get in touch!

If you have Twitter, following and dropping a Tweet to @SpotifyCares (English), @SpotifyAyuda (Spanish) or @SpotifyAjuda (Portuguese) is often the fastest way to get a reply and they can deal with the majority of issues excluding payment/billing issues.

Alternatively, you can email them (in any language) using the online contact form. There is also a special contact form if you can't remember your login details or the email address on your account is incorrect. The contact form support team should be able to handle absolutely any issue you are having!

When getting in touch via the contact forms, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the support agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
