HELLPP someone is logged in through Facebook on my spotify

So recently i logged into my spotify account and realized it was hacked. i never had my spotify linked to my facebook account, now someone has logged in to my spotify with their facebook. her picture and name pop up. SPOTIFY gives me no option to log her out her picture is still there and ive changed my password several times and even my email and she still has access to my account. what can i do?
