My Question or Issue
I had to create this account just to talk to someone...
I was logged into my old Spotify Premium account, that I have had for years, on my phone, TV and laptop. One day they are all logged out and that was not something I did. When I try to log back in it states that all the information is incorrect. The email it says I have on file is an old email I have not been able to get into in years. This is the first time this has happened to me...EVER! I am very upset that I can't listen to the 1,500+ songs I had on my old account. I need someone to please help me. I am paying for an account I can't get into.
