My Question or Issue

Duo works fine on my phone, but once synced with my watch, will not let me go into standalone mode. It tells me that I need to upgrade to premium. 

Have rebooted both many times. Logged out and back in, factory reset of phone and uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify on the phone. 

Help please!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

We understand that you already tried reinstalling the app, but can you make sure to follow these steps for a clean reinstall? That one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

Then, unpair and pair your phone and watch again.

 

If the issue persists, try using a different connection, like another WiFi network to see if that makes any difference.
