Have premium (have had for years), want Family Preimum. Where is the option to simply upgrade

I have looked everywhere.  I presently pay 9.99 per month for my spotify.  They have all my financials, etc, and I've been using it for years.  Now that there is a family option for 14.99 a month for 2, 19.99 for 3, etc, I want to boost mine so my sons can have their own.  I go to account, nothing.  Upgrade, nothing. Its' all about "re-enter and we'll start billing you".

So how does a guy convert his regular scrip to a family one so i can add the email address of the family member, pay the 5$, and move on?

If you're already a Premium user, don't worry! We won’t bill you until the time you’ve paid for has run out, taking into account the increased price. You can review your renewal date on the subscription page.

Someone needs to look at the Family Plan "usability"  because it's way to unclear now...
