Hello i please need help!

Hey i recently become to have an issue with spotify and it says "email  no longer registered with an active acount"

thats strange cause i was using it less then an hour ago, at first i thought, i should give it time beacuse tech has hiccups and now im just worried that my subscription and all my playlists are gone because it says my account is gone? i need my spotify back up for work tomorrow so is there a way i can fix this quickly without forking out another monthly subs?
