Help! All my playlists are gone!

I’ve lost my playlists 
All of my playlists have disappeared 

It's like my account has been erased and then replaced by a new one. All of my playlists are gone and I can't even find them while searching from another account. There are songs there that I have collected over the past years and I would hate if they would be lost forever. Recovery of playlists doesn't work. It's like they never existed... Help.

Is it possible you logged in with a username instead of your facebook credentials or the other way around? Try logging out and back in. I've always logged in using my facebook, which I did this time as well. I already tried sending an email to them and they directed me here, so I will try that. Thank you.
