HI

Everything was working fine for me until today. I tried to get into spotify and got a message saying Error 6. I uninstalled the program and tried to reinstall it and keep getting the message "The installer is unable to install spotify because the files to write are in use by another process. Please make sure spotify is not running and try again" Error code 18. This started after I signed up for premium. It worked fine for a few days but today has been a mess. I'm at my wits end. Plus I can't seem to find a way to start a new topic on the board. I see no reply area whatsoever. HELP!
