Spotify + Vodafone

Spotify + Vodafone

Hi,

I recently signed up for a 4G 24 month contract with Vodafone. With this deal I get 24 months free Premium Spotify.

There was a mix up with Vodafone and I cancelled the original subscription to Spotify Premium as I wasn't sure if the correct Terms and Conditions were in place. I am now trying to re-register my details with the correct PIN, however, I'm continually getting the following message, 'Sorry your form has expired'. It will not accept me selecting the vodafone option, only the credit card payment option.

Please help.

Regards

Gill

Hi. I think you'll need to get in touch with Vodaphone and they should be able to get this sorted for you.

Hi I am having problems too getting the spotifuggle premium with Vodafone, they set my email address up for me and registered me and now it's saying my trial has ended 48 hrs later x

Normally you do get a 48 hour free trial the first time you login on a mobile device, but your normal subscription should kick in automatically after that - have you tried a quick log out and back in again?

What does your subscription status on your online overview say?

@gill76 - you've cancelled your existing Premium subscription, but that Premium time won't expire until the 29th December. On the 30th December you'll then be able to start the Vodafone subscription. Although if you're having problems after that, as Joe said, you'll need to get in touch with Vodafone to get them to send you the code/PIN through.

@Mandathomson49 - the Spotify account attached to your Community profile had a 48-hour trial from the 11-13 November. If Vodafone have set your subscription up and it all went through okay according to them, you must have a second Spotify account somewhere. Vodafone should be able to tell you what email address/username your subscription with them is attached to.

Yeah the first one was attached to my Facebook email, which I'd set up before I got the free premium, then Vodafone had to set me a new email address up so I could get premium, then after 48 hrs it wasn't letting me on, I've tried logging out then logging in and it's just the same I'm get frustrated with it all now x

It's should now be attached to this one, but the first 1 was attached to amandat1@talktalk.net, and that has been cancelled, it's not even my Facebook 1 anymore x

Hi - I am having problems upgrading to premium.  I have a contract with Vodafone which entitled me to 2 years free premium spotify.  I have been to various Vodafone shops, called their helpline, re-installed the Spotify app but still no joy.  Can you cancel my original spotify and help me set up premium please.  Many thanks  Anna

@acouttsdonald - You should be able to cancel it yourself from: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/
