Help please

I signed up for the student discount but was unable to find my university so it never fully process. I then signed up for regular premium but got the free 30 day trial first and I see a pending charge for 5.40 on my account. Am I only got one emailed receipt but why am I being charged?

Hi @Laurendimando,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

If it only shows as a pending charge, you won't be billed. This happened because of your attempt to sign up for the Student Discount. You just have to wait for a few days (the wait time depends on the bank I think) until it expires and you'll get your money back. 

 

Also, have you tried submiting your student documents for manual verification yet via SheerID
