Help with switching around with two emails

A long time ago my gmail which my primary Spotify account runs on, got suspended and I am no longer able to access the gmail. I can't seem to remember my password to the primary account so I keep logging in through Facebook, although that is a bit annoying sometimes, so I would like to switch my old gmail to my new one I created shortly after my primary got suspended. Problem is that I also have a second Spotify account which runs on my new gmail, so I can't just switch the old gmail out with the new one on my main Spotify account. The second Spotify account isn't being used anymore, so if I deleted that account, would the gmail linked to it become available?

Thanks for reaching out! 

If you have two accounts and you want to have the email you created the second one with available, you must delete the second account. 

After the deletion of the account, 30 days should pass so the email can become available. You can find more info about this here.

Since you don't have access to your old email linked to your first Spotify account, the only way to change it, will be to reach out to support.
