Help with unauthorised credit card payments being taken

Solved!

Help with unauthorised credit card payments being taken

I used to have premium but when my credit cards were cancelled and reissued I decided not to continue with the subscription and didn't update my account. This was 3 months ago. I did not supply spotify with my new credit card details and have just noticed on my statement that they are taking $11.99 out of my account. I haven't given them the details? All I get from support is an automated email directing me back to the help page.
