I got Spotify student, they took the 4.99 out of my account but when I go into Spotify to listen to music it says go premium and won't let me listen. I've tried Uninstaller a re-installing but that does not work. Please help!

You need to verify yourself as a Student, check the link below.

After you're approved logout from Spotify and log back in, if this is not working let me know.

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchases? In it, it shows your Spotify username:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

You can login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

In there you can cancel if you want to, and check your payment info.
