I contacted Spotify because someone was using my account and they told me they “secured it” next thing I know they canceled my premium and locked me out of my account I don’t know what to do but they still email me

Hey @Kiaralee,

 

Yes, they temporarily block access from anyone to the account until they've verified that you're the owner of the account.


I'd recommend providing the info that they asked for by replying to their email. Otherwise, you won't be able to get back into your account.
