Help!

I am trying to take advantage of Vodafone Australia's 99 cent Premium offer, but Spotify won't accept my credit card. When I logged in, I was automatically designated as a US resident (I was never asked where I lived) and now I can't activate the Vodafone offer because I have to enter a US credit card number. I have gone to my profile page and clicked Edit. In the Country field, the only option is USA. I click the down arrow and nothing happens. Can someone help me? I have been a member of Spotify for 10 minutes now, and already I want to quit!
