Hijacked account

Solved!

Hijacked account

Hey

Someone hijacked my account while at work. My workplace offers free wifi to connect to, so I suppose someone in the hotel decided to change my password. They noticed I noticed and removed all my playlists. While I managed to save the account, I couldn't about the other. I think Spotify should have a 2 factor authentication.

Is there a way to rollback and get my playlists back? I had over 300 songs saved.

Hello @Elzeara, welcome to the Spotify Community!

If you haven't yet, go to your account and click on SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE, then change your password.

You can recover your playlist through this handy link.

Thank you very much. I've been using Spotify for 2 years now and I was worried I'd lose all of this. I have changed my password but I shall do so again once I get home from work.

Thank you. I really appreciate it.

That only restores your own playlists.

Is there any way to restore your followed lists aswell?

and what about saved songs? (when you click the +)
