SPOTIFY NEEDS EITHER A LIVE CHAT OR PHONE SUPPORT!!!!

 

This is rediculous this is the second time im dealing with them my subsription was closed early its back to free service when I have a paypal receipt showing I paid for a years worth of service. I emailed them all the info and I get a response saying that I only paid for 6 months. THe guy obviously missed the link I provided with the screenshot of my payment and to get a response again will take another day by there support email.

Don't worry, they will be able to get it sorted for you - just reply to the most recent email you have from support and they can escalate it further for you.
