Horrible customer support!

Does this company really want subscribers? You would think if they liked their customers they would have a better support. I have been having problems with my account since January.

 

The first email I sent them, I got no reply. The second email I sent two weeks ago got a reply however my problem is yet not solved and I've been waiting for a reply 6 days now, 6 DAYS!! Come on! It should be 1-2 days maximum.

 

And if you're that cheap that you don't want to have a number we can call, at least create a chat service with customer support. Maybe I should change to Jay-zs Tidal!

It seems like writing an angry message on this board resulted in a reply from customer service, thank you!

I do not have any code though. 

Here's my case number from the most recent message 02675958. I have still not heard back at all.
