Does this company really want subscribers? You would think if they liked their customers they would have a better support. I have been having problems with my account since January.
The first email I sent them, I got no reply. The second email I sent two weeks ago got a reply however my problem is yet not solved and I've been waiting for a reply 6 days now, 6 DAYS!! Come on! It should be 1-2 days maximum.
And if you're that cheap that you don't want to have a number we can call, at least create a chat service with customer support. Maybe I should change to Jay-zs Tidal!
