How do I apply the code from fido pulse?

I am on fido pulse and don't know where to put the code from fido into spotify in order to receive the 2 years I am currently on premium now

Enter the code it gives you here:

https://www.spotify.com/redeem/prepaid/

You may need to cancel your Premium to use it though.

Try it and see what happens.

It didn't work and deleted my premium account now what can I do? It said it
wasn't valid.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
